Sylvia is Head of Agency Partnerships for the newly formed SPH Integrated Marketing Division (October 2016). She heads the newly revamped team of partnerships managers to promote SPH’s integrated media solutions across print, digital, radio and outdoor to agency partners. The team seeks to clearly communicate SPH’s value proposition via strategic engagements such as media product briefings, sector deep dives, ideation and agency orientation workshops. She has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience across database marketing, events sponsorship, integrated marketing and digital advertising.
Prior to Agency Partnerships, she was leading the Digital Media Solutions team at SPH Digital specializing in Education, Fashion & Beauty, Government and Transportation & Logistics sectors. Under her leadership, the team achieved the highest team sales revenue in SPH Digital history by developing best practices on sales account management and strategic alliances meeting client’s business objectives. Sylvia was recognized for her sales excellence and leadership via awards for Best Sales Person, Rookie of the Year and multiple monthly top sales achiever awards.
Prior to joining SPH, Sylvia specialized in database marketing with Fairfax Media. Her technology clients comprises of Fortune 500 companies, ranging from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP as well as regional technology clients.
